Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
22 Aug 2026 - Warren Mar
Turns out what most of us call “balsamic vinegar” isn’t the real thing, similar to how pancake syrup is actually corn syrup, not real maple syrup. The genuine article runs about $150 for 100 ml, which explains why it’s not exactly a pantry staple.
Real balsamic vinegar is made from 100% grape musk and is really thick.
